IN RESPECT OF EVENTS, PROGRAMS and CONTENT

Definitions:

"TEVA", the "Company" or "us" means TEVA Services Limited

Please carefully read the following terms and conditions relating to your participation in The

Enterprise Value Academy (TEVA)TM online or in person events, webinars, consultations,

seminars, training, content, coaching, mentoring, workshops (collectively the “Program”)

including but not limited to the Enterprise Value Accelerator, The Secrets of Success (SOS) –

Enterprise Value and Business Wealth Workshop or any of the 5 pillars of the Enterprise Value

Growth SystemTM and EVpreneurTM Program by TEVA ("Promoter"). By registering for the

Program or purchasing the Program at any one of our locations ("Event Space"), you, a user of

our Program, purchaser of our products and services (“you” or the 'Client") signify your

acceptance of and obligation to these terms and conditions. If you have objections to the

following Terms and Conditions, you should not register for, or attend, the Program or purchase

the Program.

The Client’s Conduct:

The Promoter requires all Clients to be respectful and professional to our staff, location hosts,

speakers, and other Clients and their guests or families throughout the Program, even during

non-scheduled downtime and breaks. The Promoter reserves the right to ask the Client and /or

their guests to leave the conference room and Event Space immediately should they be

deemed rude, uncooperative, unprofessional, intoxicated or in possession of alcohol or any

illegal substance. In such case, the Client's tuition/fees for the Program will not be reimbursed

under any circumstances and they will not receive any of our advertised bonuses or qualify for

our satisfaction guarantee or any other written or implied guarantee.

Copyright and Use:

All content provided in the Program is the property of the Promoter under license and protected by international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, create derivative works, or in any other way exploit any part of copyrighted material without payment to the Promoter.

Except for the registered intellectual property of the Promoter, including but not limited to its brand names and system designs, the Client shall, if they choose, be permitted to use the information provided by the Promotor to deliver similar services. You hereby agree to inform the promoter of any such use and to pay to the Promoter 85% (eighty five percent) of all revenue generated from such products or services and to pay within 21 (twenty-one) days of receipt of revenue.

Disclaimer:

The Client hereby acknowledges that, by law, we can only guarantee your satisfaction with our

training, not your results. Our Programs are for your educational and informational purposes

only. As stipulated by law, we make no guarantees that you or your business will do well,

achieve any results, or make any money from our information, and we offer no professional,

legal, therapeutic, or financial advice. Our training cannot replace or substitute for the services

of certified professionals in any field, including, but not limited to, financial, health, or legal

matters. We do not purport anything we do or teach as a "get rich scheme," and any financial

numbers outlined in our Program are examples, opinions and illustrations, and thus should not

be considered average earnings, exact earnings, or promises for your actual or future

performance. There can be no assurance that any examples, case studies, prior successes, or

past results, as to income, earnings, can be used as an indication of your or anyone's future

success or results. Check with your accountant, lawyer, or professional advisor, before acting

on this or any information.

Except where expressly provided otherwise by the Promoter, the training and education

materials contained as part of the Program are provided “as is” and are informational only. The

Promoter hereby disclaims all express or implied representations, warranties, guaranties, and

conditions, including but not limited to any implied warranties or conditions of merchantability,

fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, except to the extent that such

disclaimers are held to be legally invalid. The Promoter makes no representations, warranties,

guaranties, or conditions as to the quality, suitability, accuracy, or completeness of any of the

materials provided.

Liability Waiver:

You acknowledge that you alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions,

and results. By registering for our Program, you agree not to hold us liable for any such

decisions, actions, or results, at any time, under any circumstance. You agree that the Promoter

is not, under any circumstances, responsible for the success or failure of your personal and/or

business decisions or implementation of any information presented by the Promoter, or our

products or services. You release the Promoter, and its representatives, agents or contractors

from any liability that may result from the use of, or the inability to use, the information or

strategies communicated through our Program, materials, websites, or any services provided by

the Promoter. You hereby accept all risk to your business and health excluding personal injury

or death that may result from the Promoter's negligence whilst you participate with the Program.

Exclusions:

Note that events are not residential and do not include accommodation or food and beverages

(unless stated) or travel costs.

Payment Terms:

These are generally "pay in full" prior to the event or payment over an agreed finance plan. A

promotional price may be offered from time to time for one-off payments. The overall price must be paid, including any final instalment before the date of the event or program. If you are paying by instalment, then the event you are booking must be sufficiently far ahead for all the

instalment payments to have been made in advance of the event. All monies must be paid 6

clear days before attending an event.

Consequences of Failure to Pay:

If payment is not made within the time limits set out above, this will be a breach of contract by

the Client entitling the Promoter to reallocate the bookings and/ or tickets without notice to the client. In this event the Promoter shall be entitled to retain all sums already paid by the Client, and the balance, if any, of the price of the booking shall become immediately payable by the Client to the Promoter. This is without prejudice to the Promoter’s rights to claim damages from the Client in respect of any loss suffered by the Promoter.

Cancellations or Variations by The Client (Live Events)

Cancellation: All bookings are final once payments are processed and cannot be cancelled

unless otherwise stated at point of purchase. All purchases made online come with a 14 day

'cooling off period'.

Variation:

Once advised of a date by the Promoter and you have made a purchase, you must confirm your

chosen date and register your attendance within 14 days. If no confirmation is received, then

after this time your ticket is void. Once your date is registered, your ticket is non-transferable

and non-refundable. Under certain reasonable circumstances, a request to change the date

once will be considered by the Promoter and at its sole discretion and if agreed will be subject to a £500 administration fee (plus VAT) payable immediately.

All variations are subject to availability and at the discretion of the Promoter.

Online Training Products

All access to the Promoter’s online training is governed by a unique username and password.

The username and password is part of a system which protects the security of the resource and

enables the Promoter to monitor usage by any individual.

When a refund request is received, the Promoter reserves the right to track the usage by an

individual (through his/her username and password) of:

• Specific pages viewed

• Frequency of use

• Time period of use

• Content watched

• Login frequency

A full refund will not be granted if the Promoter has reason to believe that an individual has

viewed any of the course material that they purchased.

The Promoter reserves the right to charge a handling fee (10% of the original fee) & a further

fee for % of training used.

Promotional Materials

The Promoter will from time-to-time record events, and request attendees to submit

testimonials, case studies and interviews. You hereby agree to grant the Promoter, or its

nominee, unrestricted rights over the aforementioned content and permit the Promoter or its

nominee to use such information in any future books, promotional materials and/or other

publishing media distribution.

Refunds Following Cancellation:

If you do cancel your purchase within the cooling off period, then we will refund your payment. If you paid by credit or with debit card from our website, your refund will be made directly to your credit or debit card within 30 days of your cancellation.

Alterations to Advertised Packages:

All advertised packages are subject to availability.

Every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the advertised packages, but any packages

may be altered, or date changed either before or after confirmation of the booking. Where such

alterations, omissions or changes of date occur prior to the confirmation of the booking, the

Promoter accepts no contractual liability. Where such alterations or changes of dates occur after confirmation of the booking, the Promoter agrees to use reasonable endeavours to make

alternative packages available.

Note that Charles J Gannon does not present at every event, however, we will always provide a

fully trained speaker approved by The Enterprise Value Academy to lead events.
